The hotel offers spacious rooms with excellent facilities within the main building, above standards, and serves first-class buffet meals with extremely efficient staff. The lack of working security lighting outside is a drawback, but overall a great stay.
The hotel had some positives like bath robes, slippers, and chargeable drinks in the rooms, along with good air conditioning. However, running out of hot water was a downside, and the rooms seemed a bit tired.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious with a balcony overlooking the garden, but the decor felt outdated, making it slightly eerie. The distance from the parking area was a downside. The service was exceptional with hardworking staff, although they seemed rushed during meal times. The location had beautiful surroundings but felt a bit bizarre and not entirely favorable for a top rating. The dining experience was generally good with a variety of choices, although the buffet service could have been managed better. Despite the flaws, the facilities were ample and well-maintained.
